Fare/Pricing Details - Round trip airfare in Business Premier class, per person on Air New Zealand operated flights from Vancouver to Australia via Auckland, New Zealand. If connecting in the USA, transportation to Los Angeles or San Francisco is included and will be provided by Air Canada in economy class. Travel between New Zealand and Australia may be in Economy Class. Valid for travel from Monday to Thursday. For travel on other days of the week, a surcharge of $250 each way shall apply. Payment & Ticketing - Ticket must be purchased at least 7 days prior to travel. Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with credit card. Only Canadian based credit cards with Canadian billing addresses are accepted. Prices are in Canadian dollars and offer is available in Canada only. Electronic Tickets will be issued on all eligible routes and sent to the email address provided in the booking process. Flights with Air New Zealand (NZ) Air Canada (AC) designator qualify for electronic tickets. If paper ticket(s) are required these will be sent to the credit card billing address only.No waitlists are permitted. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this, prices may go down. We are not able to provide refunds or rebooking if a lower fare becomes available.
Cancellations/Changes - Changes are permitted for $100 CAD change penalty per person subject to booking class availability. A service fee of $50 USD per person will apply to changes. Contact Air New Zealand. Ticket is non-endorse able, non-transferable. After ticketing $300 CAD cancellation fee applies. Partially used tickets are non-refundable. The full amount of the fare may be used as a credit towards the purchase of a higher applicable fare from point of origin. Other restrictions may apply.
Stopovers - Free stopover is permitted in Auckland and Cook Islands at no additional charge. Stopovers in other points permitted at $100 per stop. Note: Business Premier service is not offered on the Pacific Island routes.
Frequent Flyer - Frequent Flyer accrual is permitted with this fare type.
Minimum/Maximum stays - No minimum stay and maximum stay is 12 months.
Children/Infants - Accompanied children 2-11 years pay 100% of the adult base fare and the full fuel surcharge amount of $530. Accompanied infants under two years of age not occupying a seat pay 10%.
