Offer void where prohibited by law and is limited to residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Puerto Rico). No rebates will be sent to Post Office Boxes. Fare/Pricing Details - Round trip airfare in Pacific Economy class, per person on Air New Zealand operated between Los Angeles and Rarotonga. Transportation to Los Angeles is included and will be provided by Air Canada in economy class. Air New Zealand participates in a codeshare agreement with Air Pacific between USA and Fiji. These flights are identified as NZ4010 and NZ4011, and higher airfares apply on these services. Note: Services between Los Angeles and Nadi, Fiji will be operated by Air Pacific from April 25, 2008. Fare is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Fare Listings are for general information only and not a reflection of current seat availability. Reference: W3CP.
Excludes all Government fees and taxes of up to $374 CAD which encompasses fuel surcharge of $114.00 CAD one way and $228.00 return, navigational surcharge of $15 CAD one way and $30 CAD return, Passenger Facility charge of $4.50 USD and September 11 Security Fee of $2.50 USD per person for each enplanement in the USA, to a maximum of $10.00 USD per person. Payment & Ticketing - Ticket must be purchased at least 2 days prior to travel. Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with credit card. Only Canadian based credit cards with Canadian billing addresses are accepted. Prices are in Canadian dollars and offer is available in Canada only. Electronic Tickets will be issued on all eligible routes and sent to the email address provided in the booking process. Flights with Air New Zealand (NZ) Air Canada (AC) designator qualify for electronic tickets. If paper ticket(s) are required these will be sent to the credit card billing address only. No waitlists are permitted. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this, prices may go down. We are not able to provide refunds or rebooking if a lower fare becomes available.
Cancellations/Changes - Changes are permitted for $100 CAD change penalty per person subject to booking class availability. A service fee of $50 USD per person will apply to changes. New ticket must be of equal or greater value than original ticket. Contact Air New Zealand. Ticket is non-endorseable, non-transferable. After ticketing $300 CAD cancellation fee applies. Partially used tickets are non-refundable. The full amount of the fare may be used as a credit towards the purchase of a higher applicable fare from point of origin. Other restrictions may apply.
Stopovers - Stopovers permitted in Los Angeles at no additional cost.
Frequent Flyer - Frequent Flyer accrual is permitted with this fare type.
Minimum/Maximum stays - no minimum stay and maximum stay is 1 year.
Children/Infants - Accompanied children 2-11 years pay 75% of the adult base fare and the full fuel surcharge amount of $228. Accompanied infants under two years of age not occupying a seat pay 10%.
