Fare/Pricing Details - Round trip airfare in Premium Economy class, per person on Air New Zealand operated between Vancouver, Los Angeles or San Francisco and Australia via Auckland, New Zealand. Premium Economy is not available for Trans Tasman travel or within New Zealand. These sectors of the flight will be in economy class. If travelling via Los Angeles and selecting a Spaceseat product an additional surcahrge of $150 in each direction will apply. Transportation to Los Angeles or San Francisco is included and will be provided by Air Canada in economy class. Fare is subject to availability and may be withdrawn, changed or extended at any time. Payment & Ticketing - Ticket must be purchased at least 2 days prior to travel. Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with credit card. Only Canadian based credit cards with Canadian billing addresses are accepted. Prices are in Canadian dollars and offer is available in Canada only. Electronic Tickets will be issued on all eligible routes and sent to the email address provided in the booking process. Flights with Air New Zealand (NZ) Air Canada (AC) designator qualify for electronic tickets. If paper ticket(s) are required these will be sent to the credit card billing address only. No waitlists are permitted. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this, prices may go down. We are not able to provide refunds or rebooking if a lower fare becomes available.
Cancellations/Changes - Changes are permitted for $100 CAD change penalty per person subject to booking class availability. A service fee of $50 USD per person will apply to changes. New ticket must be of equal or greater value than original ticket. Contact Air New Zealand. Ticket is non-endorse able, non-transferable. After ticketing $300 CAD cancellation fee applies. Partially used tickets are non-refundable. The full amount of the fare may be used as a credit towards the purchase of a higher applicable fare from point of origin. Other restrictions may apply.
Stopovers - free stopovers permitted in Auckland. Unlimited additional stopovers permitted at $100 each per NZ routing.
Frequent Flyer - Frequent Flyer accrual is permitted with this fare type.
Minimum/Maximum stays - minimum stay is 5 days and maximum stay is 350 days.
Children/Infants - Accompanied children 2-11 years pay 75% of the adult base fare and the full fuel surcharge amount of $500. Accompanied infants under two years of age not occupying a seat pay 10%. Only one infant discount per adult passenger. For information regarding services for young children.
