Fare/Pricing Details - Round trip airfare in Pacific Economy class, per person on Air New Zealand operated between Vancouver or Los Angeles or San Francisco and Auckland, New Zealand. Transportation to Los Angeles or San Francisco is included and will be provided by Air Canada in economy class. Fare is subject to availability and may be withdrawn, changed or extended at any time. Fare Listings are for general information only and not a reflection of current seat availability. Reference: GN6C
Taxes and fees: Excludes all Government fees and taxes of up to $333 CAD which encompasses fuel surcharge of $114.00 CAD one way and $228.00 return, navigational surcharge of $15 CAD one way and $30 CAD return on direct flights from Vancouver, Flights via the USA - taxes will be up to $346 CAD per person including Passenger Facility charge of $4.50 USD and September 11 Security Fee of $2.50 USD per person for each enplanement in the USA, to a maximum of $10.00 USD per person. Taxes, surcharges and fees are subject to currency fluctuation and routing and may vary up or down from the estimated taxes shown. Actual taxes will be added to total amount when credit card is charged.
Payment & Ticketing - Ticket must be purchased at least 2 days prior to travel. Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with credit card. Only Canadian based credit cards with Canadian billing addresses are accepted. Prices are in Canadian dollars and offer is available in Canada only. Electronic Tickets will be issued on all eligible routes and sent to the email address provided in the booking process. Flights with Air New Zealand (NZ) Air Canada (AC) designator qualify for electronic tickets. If paper ticket(s) are required these will be sent to the credit card billing address only. No waitlists are permitted. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this, prices may go down. We are not able to provide refunds or rebooking if a lower fare becomes available.
Cancellations/Changes - Changes are permitted for $100 CAD change penalty per adult/child subject to booking class availability. A service fee of $50 USD per person will apply to changes. Before departure refundable less $300 fee per adult/child ticket. Once travel is commenced fare becomes non-refundable; may be used as credit towards payment of another Air New Zealand fare provided the new fare is greater or equal to the value available for exchange. For No -shows ticket vlaue is forfeited. Other restrictions may apply.
Stopovers - permitted in Auckland when travelling to an interior New Zealand point; via Los Angeles Pacific Island stopovers are permitted in Cook Islands, Samoa or Tonga in either direction at no additional charge. Other stopovers are charged at $50 each stop.
Frequent Flyer - Frequent Flyer accrual is not permitted with this fare type.
Minimum/Maximum stays -no minimum stay and maximum stay is 6 months.
Children/Infants - Accompanied children 2-11 years pay 75% of the adult base fare and the full fuel surcharge amount of $228. Accompanied infants under two years of age not occupying a seat pay 10%. Only one infant discount per adult passenger. For information regarding services for young children.
