Fare/Pricing Details - Round trip airfare in Pacific Economy class, per person on Air New Zealand operated between Vancouver or Los Angeles or San Francisco and Auckland, New Zealand. Transportation to Los Angeles or San Francisco is included and will be provided by Air Canada in economy class. Fare is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Above fares do not include fuel surcharge, government fees, taxes or any other incidental charges. Estimated tax of $760 includes a fuel surcharge fee of $680.00 return. Taxes, surcharges and fees are subject to currency fluctuation and routing. Other terms & conditions apply.
Taxes and fees: Excludes all Government fees and taxes of up to $760 CAD which encompasses fuel surcharge of $680 return, navigational surcharge of $30 CAD return on direct flights from Vancouver. Flights via the USA - taxes will include the Passenger Facility charge of $4.50 USD and September 11 Security Fee of $2.50 USD per person for each enplanement in the USA, to a maximum of $10.00 USD per person. Taxes, surcharges and fees are subject to currency fluctuation and routing and may vary up or down from the estimated taxes shown. Actual taxes will be added to total amount when credit card is charged.
Payment & Ticketing - Ticket must be purchased at least 2 days prior to travel. Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with credit card. Only Canadian based credit cards with Canadian billing addresses are accepted. Prices are in Canadian dollars and offer is available in Canada only. Electronic Tickets will be issued on all eligible routes and sent to the email address provided in the booking process. Flights with Air New Zealand (NZ) Air Canada (AC) designator qualify for electronic tickets. If paper ticket(s) are required these will be sent to the credit card billing address only. No waitlists are permitted. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this, prices may go down. We are not able to provide refunds or rebooking if a lower fare becomes available.
Cancellations/Changes - Changes are permitted for $150 CAD change penalty per adult/child subject to booking class availability. A service fee of $50 USD per person will apply to changes. fare is non-refundable. May be used as credit towards payment of another Air New Zealand fare provided the new fare is greater or equal to the value available for exchange. For No -shows ticket value is forfeited. Other restrictions may apply.
Stopovers - permitted at Auckland when travelling to an interior New Zealand point. Other stopovers permitted at $100 per stop.
Frequent Flyer - Frequent Flyer accrual is not permitted on programs other than Airpoints with this fare type.
Minimum/Maximum stays -no minimum stay and maximum stay is 6 months.
Children/Infants - Accompanied children 2-11 years pay 75% of the adult base fare and the full fuel surcharge amount of $680. Accompanied infants under two years of age not occupying a seat pay 10%.
