International Flights
You can now request seats online for all Air New Zealand domestic and international flights. Whether you've just made a new booking, or have a booking that was made some time ago, you can now request seats online anytime before your flight.
Requesting seats when you book
To request seats when you book online, look for this option on the confirmation page once you have purchased your ticket. There is no additional charge to request seats.
Requesting seats for existing bookings
You can request seats for a booking previously made online (or anywhere else) by retrieving your booking and requesting your seats right now.
Domestic travel
To request your seat for a domestic New Zealand flight, please contact our customer support center on 1-800-262-1234 or ask at the airport when checking-in.
Seat requests are only available for Air New Zealand operated flights.
