Fare/Pricing Details - Sample round-trip price points shown in CAD per adult and include all airport surcharges and government fees and taxes. Sample airfares are for travel in Economy Class, Premium Economy and Business Premier™ from Vancouver to Australia with stopover in Auckland, New Zealand. Fares are subject to availability and may be extended or withdrawn at any time. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or dates. Prices correct as of November 1, 2019 and are subject to change due to fluctuations in airport and government fees and exchange rates. Fares shown are valid for travel Monday to Thursday. There is a $100 weekend surcharge roundtrip for Economy, $200 weekend surcharge roundtrip for Premium Economy, and $500 weekend surcharge roundtrip for Business Premier. Additional New Zealand or Australian cities must be booked at the same time and in the same Passenger Name Record (PNR) and itinerary as the international airfare from the US to Auckland, New Zealand. Baggage fees, fees for cancellation or changes and other restrictions apply. Portions of itinerary may be on flights operated by United Airlines (UA), Alaska Airlines (AS), Delta Air Lines (DL), Air Canada (AC) or WestJet (WS). Travel periods vary depending on routes and cabins.
Taxes - Fares include all CA and foreign Government imposed fees and taxes and Security fees.
Payment & Ticketing - Ticket must be purchased at least 2 days prior to travel. Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with credit card. Prices are in Canadian dollars and offer is available in the Canada only. Electronic Tickets will be issued on all eligible routes and sent to the email address provided in the booking process. No waitlists are permitted. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this, prices may go down. Under the fare rules of all fare types (excluding full price fares) we are not able to provide rebooking with a refund of the difference in price if a lower fare becomes available. Please read all fare rules carefully before booking as cancellation and change rules will vary.

Children/Infants - Economy and Premium Economy: Accompanied children 2-11 years pay 75% of base fare. Business Premier: Accompanied children 2-11 years pay 100% of base fare. Cancellations/Changes - Ticket is fully refundable without penalty within 24 hours of ticketing when purchase is made 7 or more days before departure of the first flight in the itinerary. After the initial 24 hour period, fare is non-refundable. Changes are permitted for $150 CAD change penalty per adult/child subject to booking class availability. Fare is non-refundable at any time For no-shows ticket is non-refundable and ticket value is forfeited. Fare may be used as credit towards payment of another Air New Zealand fare provided the new fare is greater or equal to the value available for exchange. Other restrictions may apply.
