Refund Seat Select or Extra Bags

Please complete this form if you are eligible for a refund of your Seat Select or Extra Bags purchases. You have 14 days after the last flight in your itinerary to apply for a refund.

Seat Select refunds are generally only given if Air New Zealand required you to move from a prepaid seat and was unable to provide you with a suitable alternative. Read the full Seat Select terms and conditions.

You may request a refund of an Extra Bags fee where Air New Zealand has lost your Extra Bag or we could not carry it due to a flight disruption. Read the full Extra Bags terms and conditions.

Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to process and will be credited to your original form of payment.
