PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. By using this site, you signify you have read and accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site.

Sample round-trip price points shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) per adult and include all airport surcharges and government fees and taxes. Sample airfares are for travel in Economy Class, Premium Economy and Business Premier™ from Vancouver to Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, Australia. Special fares are also available from other cities in Canada.  Portions of itinerary may be on flights operated by United Airlines (UA), Alaska Airlines (AS), Delta Air Lines (DL), Air Canada (AC) or WestJet (WS). 

Unless otherwise specified, sample price points are based on direct travel between Vancouver and Auckland. Travel is also permitted via San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Honolulu, but additional taxes of up to CAD 70 apply.

Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or dates.  Prices are correct as of July 22, 2024, and are subject to change due to fluctuations in airport and government fees and exchange rates.

Any Tasman flights between New Zealand and Australia must be booked and ticketed together with the transpacific flights to be included in this promotion

Fares are valid for travel Sunday to Wednesday on each trans-Pacific sector. A surcharge of CAD $50 each way in Economy/CAD $100 each way in Premium Economy/ CAD $250 each way in Business Premier applies for travel Thursday to Saturday.  

Children/Infants: Children discounts are not applicable. Accompanied children 2-11 years pay 100% of the adult fare. Accompanied infants under two years of age not occupying a seat pay 10% of the adult fare. Only one infant discount per adult passenger.

Stopovers: Stopover is included in Auckland in each direction for additional cost Economy/Premium Economy CAD200 and Business Premier CAD1000 (additional airport or government taxes or fees may also apply). Stopovers must be purchased at the same time as the international airfare. Routings must be in a continuous direction with no backtracking permitted.

Changes/Cancellations: Economy fares have a change fee of CAD $100 (fare difference may apply) and are non-refundable. Premium Economy fares have no change fees (fare difference may apply) and are refundable minus a CAD $500 cancellation fee. Business Premier fares have no change fees (fare difference may apply) and are refundable minus a CAD $600 cancellation fee. All fares may be held in credit towards the purchase of a new Air New Zealand fare, provided the cancellation is made prior to the original departure date.

Payment & Ticketing:  Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with a credit card. Prices are in CAD dollars and offer is available in Canada only. Electronic Tickets will be issued on all eligible routes and sent to the email address provided in the booking process. No waitlists are permitted. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this, prices may go down. Under the fare rules of all fare types (excluding full price fares) we are not able to provide rebooking with a refund of the difference in price if a lower fare becomes available. Please read all fare rules carefully before booking.

Frequent Flyer - Frequent Flyer accrual is not permitted on programs other than Airpoints with this Economy fare type and permitted with Business Premier and Premium Economy fares.

Travel Documentation - Passengers are responsible for obtaining necessary travel visas, or other documentation required for international travel.
