Transportation is on Air New Zealand-operated trans-Pacific flights via Vancouver (YVR), Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), Houston (IAH) or Honolulu (HNL). Transportation within the US or Canada is on services operated by Air Canada (AC), WestJet Airlines (WS), Alaska Airlines (AS) or United Airlines (UA) in Economy Class. Transportation within Australia will be on services operated by Virgin Australia (VA) in Economy Class.Fares shown are valid for travel from Monday to Thursday on the trans-Pacific sector. Payment & Ticketing - Ticket must be purchased 2 days prior to travel. Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with credit card. Only Canadian based credit cards with Canadian billing addresses are accepted. Prices are in Canadian dollars and offer is available in Canada only. Electronic Tickets will be issued on all eligible routes and sent to the email address provided in the booking process. Waitlist is not permitted. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this, prices may go down. We are not able to provide refunds or rebooking if a lower fare becomes available.
Cancellations/Changes - Ticket is fully refundable without penalty within 24 hours of ticketing when purchase is made 7 or more days before departure of the first flight in the itinerary. After the initial 24 hour period, cancellation or change fees may apply. Changes are permitted for $150 CAD change penalty per adult/child subject to booking class availability. A service fee of $50 USD per person will apply to changes. Fare is non-refundable at any time. May be used as credit towards payment of another Air New Zealand fare provided the new fare is greater or equal to the value available for exchange. For no-shows ticket value is forfeited. Other restrictions may apply.
Stopovers - Stopovers are permitted in Auckland, New Zealand and Rarotonga, Cook Islands with no additional fare in either direction. Other stopovers permitted at $100 per stop. Additional airport taxes or government fees may apply.
Frequent Flyer - Frequent Flyer accrual is permitted with this fare type.
Minimum/Maximum stays - no minimum stay and 12 month maximum stay.
Children/Infants - Accompanied children 2-11 years pay 75% of the adult fare. Accompanied infants under two years of age not occupying a seat pay 10%. Only one infant discount per adult passenger. For information regarding services for young children, services for young children.
