Fares/Pricing Details -
Sample round-trip price points are shown in Canadian dollars per adult, including all surcharges, taxes, airport and government fees. Sample airfares are for travel in Economy Class, Premium Economy or Business Premier™ from Vancouver. Fares are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or dates. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in airport and government fees and exchange rates. Fares shown are valid for travel Monday to Thursday on the trans-Pacific sector. Maximum stay 350 days. A surcharge of $100 CAD each way in Economy/$200 each way in Premium Economy/$500 each way in Business Premier™ applies for travel Friday to Sunday between CA and New Zealand. Baggage fees, fees for cancellation or changes and other restrictions apply. Portions of itinerary may be on flights operated by United Airlines (UA), Alaska Airlines (AS), Delta Air Lines (DL), Air Canada (AC) or WestJet (WS). Travel periods vary depending on routes and cabins.
Taxes - Fares include all Canadian and foreign Government imposed fees and taxes and Security fees.

Payment & Ticketing - Ticket must be purchased at least 2 days prior to travel. Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with credit card. Prices are in CAD and offer is available in Canada only. Electronic Tickets will be issued on all eligible routes and sent to the email address provided in the booking process. No waitlists are permitted. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this, prices may go down. Under the fare rules of all fare types (excluding full price fares) we are not able to provide rebooking with a refund of the difference in price if a lower fare becomes available. Please read all fare rules carefully before booking.
Cancellations/Changes - Economy: Changes – anytime – charge CAD150 for reissue/revalidation. Cancellation – Before/After departure including No Show: Non-refundable. Premium Economy / Business Premier: Changes – anytime – charge CAD100 for reissue/revalidation. Cancellation – Before departure – charge CAD300; After departure – Ticket is non-refundable. Note: Waived for the death of passenger or family member. For no-shows ticket is non-refundable and ticket value is forfeited. Fare may be used as credit towards payment of another Air New Zealand fare provided the new fare is greater or equal to the value available for exchange. Other restrictions may apply.
Stopovers - Economy/Business Premier: Unlimited stopovers permitted at CAD400 each on the pricing unit in HNL outbound. Unlimited stopovers permitted at no charge on the pricing unit in AKL/RAR. Unlimited stopovers permitted at no charge on the pricing unit in HNL inbound. Unlimited stopovers permitted at CAD100 each. Child/Infant discounts apply. Premium Economy: Unlimited stopovers permitted at no charge in AKL. Unlimited stopovers permitted at CAD100 each on the pricing unit. Child/Infant discounts apply
Frequent Flyer - Frequent Flyer accrual is not permitted on programs other than Airpoints with this fare type.
Minimum/Maximum stays – no minimum stay and 350 day maximum stay.
Children/Infants - Children/Infants - Economy and Premium Economy: Accompanied children 2-11 years pay 75% of base fare. Business Premier: Accompanied children 2-11 years pay 100% of base fare. All fares: Accompanied infants under two years of age not occupying a seat pay 10%. Only one infant discount per adult passenger. Find out more information regarding services for young children.
Travel Documentation - Passengers are responsible for obtaining necessary travel visas, or other documentation required for international travel.
