Fares/Pricing Details - Round trip fares in Economy, Premium Economy, and Business Premier™ per person between Vancouver (YVR) and Australia. Travel may be via our Vancouver (YVR), Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), Houston (IAH), Chicago (ORD), New York (EWR) or Honolulu (HNL) gateways on Air New Zealand-operated trans-Pacific flights. Travel within Canada and US is provided by Air Canada (AC), WestJet Airlines (WS), Alaska Airlines (AS) or United Airlines (UA) in Economy Class. Fare is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Fare Charge Listings are for general information only and not a reflection of current seat availability. 

Above fares include all airport and government fees, taxes and charges. Fees, taxes, charges and surcharges are subject to currency fluctuation and routing and may vary from the estimated taxes shown. Fares exclude any airport fees or taxes collected at point of departure. Please contact the nearest foreign government office of the country you plan to visit for up-to-date information. Payment & Ticketing - Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with credit card. Only Canadian based credit cards with Canadian billing addresses are accepted. Prices are in Canadian dollars and offer is available in Canada only. Electronic Tickets will be issued on all eligible routes and sent to the email address provided in the booking process. Waitlist is not permitted. Fares are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this, prices may go down. We are not able to provide refunds or rebooking if a lower fare becomes available.

Cancellations/Changes - Changes are permitted for $150 CAD change penalty per adult/child subject to booking class availability. A service fee of $50 USD per person will apply to changes. Fares are non-refundable at any time. Fares may be used as credit towards payment of another Air New Zealand fare provided the new fare is greater or equal to the value available for exchange. For no-shows ticket is non-refundable and ticket value is forfeited. Other restrictions may apply.

Stopovers: Stopovers permitted in Auckland or Rarotonga, Cook Islands. Additional airport/government fees, taxes and charges may apply. Other stopovers permitted at $100 CAD per stop, subject to direct air services between two points, and must be purchased at the same time as the International airfare. Routings must be in a continuous direction with no back-tracking permitted. Additional airport/government fees, taxes and charges may apply.

Frequent Flyer - Frequent Flyer accrual is not permitted on programs other than Airpoints with this Economy fare type and permitted with Business Premier and Premium Economy fares.

Children/Infants - Accompanied children 2-11 years pay 100% of the adult fare. Accompanied infants under two years of age not occupying a seat pay 10%. Only one infant discount per adult passenger. For information regarding services for young children, services for young children.

Travel Documentation - Passengers are responsible for obtaining necessary travel visas, or other documentation required for international travel.
