See the world with your Airpoints Dollars™ when you fly with Air New Zealand, the Star Alliance or one of our partner airlines.
- You can use your Airpoints Dollars to book a flight. When paying for a flight with your Airpoints Dollars™, the flight part of your booking needs to be paid in full with Airpoints Dollars™. For any associated airport or government costs, you can choose to pay for these by credit card.

Gifting Airpoints Dollars

Onboard purchases
When you fly internationally with Air New Zealand, you can use your Airpoints Dollars onboard to purchase a curated selection of beverages, including our wine offering, via your seatback screen.
Add-on service purchases
As an Airpoints member, you can use your Airpoints Dollars to purchase seating products such as Economy Skycouch™ and Economy Stretch, or to purchase an extra bag. You can pay with Airpoints Dollars for these services either online during the booking process or through the Contact Centre after booking your flight.
